Opulent Sheen is water-based and non-flammable.
Intended Uses
Suitable for previously primed or painted areas such as cement plaster, gypsum plaster, concrete, fibre cement, ceiling boards, unglazed brick and steel, provided that appropriate preparation is carried out.
