Opulent Bonding Liquid is a clear penetrating primer and sealer for porous surfaces.
Intended Uses
For use on porous surfaces such as cement plaster, gypsum plaster, concrete, fibre cement and ceiling boards.
Ideal for bonding unpainted friable (weathered/sandy) concrete, prior to painting.
Also suitable as a penetrating primer/bonding liquid to bind unsound lime wash, prior to painting.
Easy to apply and ensures surfaces are suitably prepared for over coating.
